These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ManeFeed mobile app and manefeed.soreva.company (the "Service"), provided by Soreva, Inc., doing business as ManeFeed ("ManeFeed", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You can create an account by signing in with Google or Apple, or by registering with an email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately at support@soreva.company if you suspect unauthorized access.
ManeFeed provides salon stylists with tools to:
ManeFeed is a paid subscription service at $15 per month, billed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in ManeFeed, including client records, photos, formulas, and captions. You grant ManeFeed a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (for example, publishing a post to your connected TikTok account).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and publish any content, including photos of clients. ManeFeed recommends obtaining client consent before posting photos to social media.
By connecting a social media account and initiating a post through ManeFeed, you authorize us (via our posting provider, bundle.social) to publish the specified content to your connected account. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for compliance with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
ManeFeed uses AI (AWS Bedrock) to generate suggested captions and hashtags. AI-generated suggestions are provided as a starting point — you should review and edit them before posting. ManeFeed is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content that you choose to publish.
Client privacy: Client names and personally identifiable information are never sent to AI services. Only service metadata (service type, technique, color formula, platform) is used for generation.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Soreva, Inc. and protected by US and international intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license to use the Service as intended, no rights are granted to you.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Your subscription will be cancelled upon account deletion. Sections intended to survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManeFeed disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ManeFeed does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManeFeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Soreva, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
