Delete your account

This page describes how to delete your ManeFeed account and what happens to your data.

Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the ManeFeed app.
2. Tap Settings (gear icon).
3. Tap Account, then Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

You will be signed out immediately. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized within thirty (30) days, subject to the limited exceptions described below.

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the email address associated with your account:

We will verify the request by replying to the email address on file and complete deletion within thirty (30) days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar).
• All client records, visit histories, and color formulas.
• All photos you uploaded.
• Your social media account connections and OAuth tokens.
• Your push-notification tokens.
• Your authentication records in our user directory.

What we may retain, and why

Some information is retained for a limited period where required by law or necessary for legitimate business operations. Specifically:

• Subscription and payment records (dates, amounts, transaction IDs) are retained for up to seven (7) years to satisfy US federal and state tax-recordkeeping requirements.
• Anti-abuse signals (e.g., records of policy violations tied to your account) may be retained to prevent re-registration where you were previously suspended for safety reasons.

Retained data is kept in a restricted form and is not used for any purpose other than the one stated above.

Subscription cancellation

Deleting your account will automatically cancel your Stripe subscription. You will not be charged after the current billing period ends. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period.

If you change your mind

Deletion is permanent. To use ManeFeed again after deletion, you'll need to create a new account, which will not restore your previous client records, photos, or posting history.
