Common questions

How do I create a client record?

Open the app, tap the Clients tab, then tap the + button. Enter your client's name, contact info, and any notes. You can add color formulas and visit history once the record is created.

How does the AI caption feature work?

When you create a post from a visit, ManeFeed sends the service details (type of service, technique, color formula) to our AI engine. It generates a caption and hashtags tailored to the platform you're posting to. You can edit, regenerate, or write your own before posting. Client names are never sent to the AI.

Which social media platforms are supported?

TikTok is supported at launch. Instagram support is coming soon and will require a Meta Professional account with a linked Facebook Page. We'll guide you through the setup when it's available.

How do I connect my TikTok account?

Go to Settings in the app, then Social Accounts, and tap Connect TikTok. You'll be redirected to TikTok to authorize ManeFeed to post on your behalf.

Can I review posts before they go live?

Yes. ManeFeed has a draft mode that lets you prepare a post and review it before publishing. You can also schedule posts for a specific date and time.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to Settings in the app, then Subscription. You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your payment method, view billing history, or cancel your subscription.

My payment failed.

Try updating your payment method in the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from Settings in the app). If the problem persists, contact your card issuer — most failures are bank-side fraud holds that clear with a quick phone call. You can also email us for help.

Is my client data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client names are never sent to AI services. Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I want to delete my account.
